Surface Terrain Operations Rover for Mars

This team plans to compete at the University Rover Challenge, a competition where teams from around the world put their Mars rovers to the test in a challenge held in the dessert of southern Utah. Students on this team research, design, build, and test complex systems meant to accomplish tasks during this competition.

Motor Controller Setup

Idea for motor controller setup

 

Raspberry pi -> Arduino Uno -> Sabertooth/Vex motor controller -> motors

The point up to uno to the motor controller will be the Computer Science Team's responsibility

All of the other stuff will be electric team's problem

There will be active work with the two teams to ensure the above process goes through smoothly
